Riders interested in a Parelli Natural Horsemanship clinic can sign up for any of several tentative dates: May 6-7 (Friday & Saturday); May 8-9 (Sunday & Monday); possibly sometime in October. Cost $320; reservations required. Pat Mitchell instructor; contact Susie Winchester organizer at suzie.winchester@verizon.net.
Dusty Spurs needs an arena at least 150x300 for their monthly shows. Please call Pam at 868-4009, if you have such a facility available.

Riding competition followed by a written test. All contestants must be a member of the Hustlers. Open to girls under 18. Entry fee $10. Entries will be gladly accepted the morning of the contest. Rain/wind date is Jan. 23rd. The winners, who will represent and promote the club at events, will be announced at the Jan. 29th show.

Events 1: Quadrangle, figure 8 flag, poles 1, speed barrels, keyhole and single stake.

Events 2: Cloverleaf barrels, figure 8 stake, poles 2, birangle, speed ball and big-t.
Prizes, trophies & ribbons in 8 speed divisions. All ability levels are offered from beginner to advance riders. Competition list averages 100 riders per show.
Show season runs from Sept. to July.
Arena is divided in half. After riding 1st event in arena 1 be ready to ride the 2nd event in arena 2.
Entry fee all day... $23.00 for members, $27.00 non-member. All riders must be a member of CGA. $20.00/individual or $30/family membership... good for one year from time of purchase.

Directions to Parris Arena:  From 15 frwy north take to Highway 395 Bishop / Adlanto exit.  Take Hwy./ 395 to second stop light turn left (Phelan Rd.)  Go west on Phelan Rd. to Shasta Road (approx. 5 streets - Past R R track).  Turn right (north) on Shasta.  Go to Yucca Terrace turn right go to Terrace View turn left.  Terrace View dead ends into arena.

Directions to Parris Arena:  From Highway 138 Go to Phelan Road (which is the 4 way stop) turn east (left) go approx. 8 mile to Shasta Road turn left on Shasta go to Yucca Terrace. Turn right on Yucca Terrace to Terrace View. Turn left on Terrace View. Terrace View dead ends into arena.

Directions to Jones Arena:  From Hwy. 138 take Phelan Rd. East to Baldy Mesa Road. Turn Left on Baldy Mesa go to Mesa turn Right go to end of payment which is Braceo turn right go to the next street which is Valencia turn left arean will be on the left.

Directions to Jones Arena:  From 15 fry. North take Main Street, Hesperia exit turn left go to Baldy Mesa Road. Turn right on Baldy Mesa go to Mesa turn Right go to end of payment which is Braceo turn right go to the next street which is Valencia turn left arena will be on the left.
