| Catering tips:
Guests remember the food! They'll forget most of the guests, what the bride and bridesmaids wore, the flowers, the little details, but not the food... if it was good, bad, abundant, or not enough. Reserve your caterer in advance, as soon as you know the date. Plan to spend $20-25 per person. Have at least two entrees. Ask if the food is served in chafing dishes (which keeps food warm), sterling chafing dishes, or aluminum pans. |
