Art dealers welcome.Steve Valencia, a Yaqui and Navajo Indian, reflects his heritage in his art. Steve moved to the Mojave Desert town of Apple Valley, California in 1979. His talent and creativity was encouraged by his family. Work by the artist went on international tour, with one remaining on permanent display in Russia, as part of the first U.S.- Russia art exchange. Not only does he paint on canvas, but designs original tiles. Steve's talent extends to music. He has recently completed a music album, Wisconsin, soon to be released.
